Our server is still down and we are still currently without our back office system. We are working on a solution which we hope to be up and running soon.
This does not affect the ability to place online orders. However, we are unable to process credit card payments. We will contact anyone who places orders through the card payment side for payment details to process their order.
More importantly, we have since learnt that without the back office system running, stock quantities are NOT updated, so we cannot guarantee that we have stock of everything. If you would like to know what stock we have of certain items, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are monitoring these regularly.
I am trying to have the phone operational, however with the amount of work we need to do to get everything back up and running again, sometimes it is just not possible.
The issue at the moment is that we are having to run things manually in the office to process the orders for everyone. We hope not to cause many delays in getting orders out. Should we have any issues with orders we will contact you.
As a reminder, we are unable to process card payments through our credit card payment facility, all orders are pre-authorised ONLY at time of placing your order, however as we do not have access to our back office system and cannot process invoices this way, there is no communication with the payment gateway and we have no method of taking payment. This being the case we are switching off the credit card payment facility, so all payments will need to run through the Paypal portal (you do NOT need a paypal account for this) and those who have already paid using the credit card facility will get a call from us in the next days to take payment.
Needless to say we are working tirelessly to get the server back up and running and the back office back to normal running.
