How to register on the helpdesk

Registration can be preformed by simple clicking on this link, sending an email to us or via telephone.

Our troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articals are only available to registered users of the site.
Registration removes problems associated with spamming, and we do not sell or overuse the informaiton you provide.

Registration is not neccesary to contact us, nor is it required to raise a trouble ticket. We use the informaiton provided to contact you about your enquiry, and/ or to inform you about progress with repairs or installations. Registered users can view real-time information on their 'tickets' (jobs) through their account.
