Credit Card Charges appearing more than once

Our policy is not to take any payment when an order is made, the money is only physically taken on the day of shipping when the invoice is processed.

However, at the time of ordering, whether it be online or via the telephone, credit cards are always pre-authorised for fraud prevention protection. In some instances the credit card companies use this pre-authorisation to ring fence the money for the order made and this may well appear on your statements (sometimes more than once). As this is only pre-authorisation the amounts should disappear with a matter of days.
